| Enter your username, PNumber (Student ID), Social Security Number, and date of birth. Your username is the first part of your Pellissippi State email address before "@pstcc.edu" (for example: if your email address was student@pstcc.edu, your username is student). Your PNumber will need to have an uppercase P before it and your social security number should have no spaces or hyphens (-). IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENT NOTICE: The Paperwork Burden Act (H.R. 3797) modifies provisions under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act so that employers and health insurance providers are no longer required to send tax forms to covered individuals showing proof of minimum essential coverage (1095-B and 1095-C tax forms) unless a form is requested.
